The following reports together with participant fees are due April 1st to State Festival Chairman:

JR3-3 Festival Summary Report (chm must use this form in this format)

JR3-4 Area Report of Festival Participants-Ratings (chm may use your own format for this form) 

FESTIVAL CUP REPORTS, ORDERS and FEES

Festival cup reports are due May 1st to State Festival Cup Chairman. Forms are available from State Festival Cup Chairman.
