THEORY EXAMS

Theory exams are available and included in the NFMC Festival Program.  Entrants may enter this event every year.  If a rating of Superior is received, the entrant must advance to a higher level.  Levels are cumulative.  Entrants are required to know information from any lower level.  Exams are to be administered at the District or Area Festivals. Practice tests are available online at www.nfmc-music.org.  District or Area Festival Chairmen only can order the current official tests from the national office for a small fee.  However, permission of the State Festival Chairman must be first obtained.
